I am Monica Santana, a Technical Superior University in Computer Science and a Petroleum Engineer graduated from the University of Zulia, Venezuela, in 2003.

I trained at PDVSA, the main oil industry in Venezuela, standing out as an integral professional, with solid foundations and unique skills in the area of operations drilling horizontal, multilateral and unconventional wells, well completion; design of oil field explotation plans; detailed drilling programs, advanced knowledge in directional drilling and electromagnetic measurement technologies; enhanced hydrocarbon recovery techniques, advanced engineering software handling; preparation of tender documents for service contracts, among others.

I am also an instructor of courses and workshops in the use of Well Planning software for the training of new professionals, speaker and lecturer.

I have ample experience in training and personnel training, with innovative ideas, evaluating the resources available to take advantage of continuous oil reserves, especially in the areas that have produced billions of barrels of oil, and there is still the possibility of finding billions more.
